Strong at generating documents &#8211; agreements, addenda, protocols, invoices &#8211; directly from within the system. The &#8220;per unit&#8221; pricing model pays off up to around 5 flats; at 10 or more units it gets close, price-wise, to premium solutions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what about the costs? Comparing manual management with an app subscription comes out surprisingly in favour of automation. Basic plans start at under 10 zloty per unit per month. How much does an hour of your time spent manually monitoring payments cost? Many times more. With five units the monthly spend on the app doesn&#8217;t exceed 50 zloty, and you save several hours. The larger the portfolio, the more it pays off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What should you look out for when choosing a platform? Recurring reminders with a configurable frequency, automatic payment confirmations and a full payment history for each tenant. The generation of documents &#8211; agreements, protocols, invoices &#8211; directly from the system, so you don&#8217;t have to mess about with separate office tools. The best solutions also offer utility billing based on meter readings (useful for flats with individual metering).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automation doesn&#8217;t mean losing control. At any time you can review the sending schedule, change the content of a message or adjust the notification frequency for a particular tenant. It depends on the scale. One or two flats &#8211; you&#8217;ll comfortably manage with Google Calendar and manual messages. Three to five units &#8211; consider a basic SaaS app plan for a few dozen zloty a month (it pays for itself faster than you&#8217;d think). Above five properties, automation becomes pretty much essential &#8211; it reduces arrears and frees up the hours that used to go on manually monitoring payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whatever method you choose &#8211; be consistent. Tenants quickly get used to regular reminders and start treating them as a natural part of the billing cycle. Most platforms offer a free trial period, so there&#8217;s no point waiting &#8211; test it and judge whether it suits you.
