Because photos taken before the repairs will end up in the bin anyway. And someone who sees a dripping tap or scuffed walls at a viewing will remember mostly that. You replace the <strong>lock cylinders<\/strong> after the previous owner or the deceased, because you never know who else has keys. Finally, a coat of paint and a thorough clean. A full renovation? The certificate assesses how much energy a building or flat needs. What the owner has to do about it is set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dziennikustaw.gov.pl\/DU\/2014\/1200\" rel=\"nofollow\">Energy Performance of Buildings Act<\/a>. The rules get amended from time to time, so check the current wording before you sign the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your legal title to the flat is the notarial deed, or with an inheritance, the court decision confirming acquisition of the estate or the notarial certificate of inheritance. The inheritance case must be closed before you sign a contract with a tenant. Also look at the rules of the housing community or cooperative. They may require consent for renting or notification of it. An unsettled inheritance, co-ownership, doubts about the form of the contract? Don&#8217;t try to get clever here, go to a lawyer. Better to go for durable items that are easy to replace and walls in neutral colours. You enter every item in the <strong>inventory list<\/strong> with a description of its condition.
