Getting started

Yes. It works just as well for one unit as for a whole portfolio. You start by adding your first flat and use the same tools.
You create an account, add a building and unit, assign a tenant and a contract. The system starts organizing payments, documents and deadlines automatically.
You can add units and tenants gradually. Higher plans offer import and migration help as part of onboarding.

Units and tenants

A unit can be free, rented, reserved, under renovation or unavailable. The status is visible right away in the list and the building record.
Yes, from the Business plan. You run many buildings and units, switch between them and see the whole portfolio status.
Yes. We treat tenant data as sensitive and limit its visibility to people who really need it, according to roles.

Payments

Yes. Overdue payments and ending contracts appear on the dashboard, and Tenanto helps send a reminder from a ready template.
Paid, due, overdue, partially paid and cancelled. Each status has a clear, consistent color across the app.
Yes. Besides rent you run utility advances and deposits, all forming one clear settlement.

Documents

Yes. You assign contracts, reports, invoices and unit photos to a building, unit or tenant, with categories and access control.
Access depends on the user role and permissions. Some documents can be shared with the tenant in their panel, others kept for the team only.

Tenant panel

Yes, on the Business, Professional and Enterprise plans. The tenant sees payments and documents and can report faults and communicate with the manager.
No. The tenant only sees information about their own unit and contract.

Security

We keep data in an organized way, with access control and user roles. We treat tenant data as sensitive and limit its visibility.
Yes, from the Professional plan. You define roles and permissions so every employee sees only what they need.

Pricing

Yes, it covers up to 3 units and one user at no cost.
Yes. You upgrade or downgrade depending on the number of units and team needs. Details are on the pricing page.
